Shipping & Returns


All orders are dispatched within 2 days from our warehouse. We have a 2 day dispatch lead time from the order leaving our warehouse to allow picking and packing on top of your selected shipping. E.g. Order placed with 1-2 days shipping, maximum time for delivery including dispatch time is 4 working days (we do not account for weekends). Customers will be informed of any delays by email or phone. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

Postage is calculated on weight, if one parcel exceeds 30kg it will automatically add another parcel etc. No orders will be dispatched without payment of delivery. Orders large enough for pallet deliveries are quoted at the time of purchase and may vary.

Prices are dependent on size & weight. Extra charges may occur if items exceed weight limits. All shipping charges are none refundable. If you have any issues with receiving your order, please contact our office by email - 

All parcels are sent via Yodel & tracking numbers can be obtained. If you have not been forwarded your tracking details and wish to have them please email us

Although we will try to resolve any issue within 24 hours this isn’t always possible and you will be informed of any delays. 

You will be informed of any items that are out of stock by email and offered either an alternative product, a refund or for the whole order to be shipped once the item returns into stock. No order will be sent out without this confirmation unless we do not have a production date. 

Dispatch Times

Weekdays - Orders will be dispatched within 2 days from our warehouse on top of your selected shipping (not including weekends). 

Weekends – Witch Craft Beers is closed Saturday & Sunday & therefore orders will be dispatched within 2 days from the following Monday (unless a bank holiday)

How To Return An Item

Items may only be returned if the item purchased is defective. Please contact us regarding this via email – . You will be offered a refund or a replacement item once the item has been examined. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in its original unused condition & packaging as when left the warehouse. All returns made at the buyers cost, we cannot provide free shipping for returns. Shipping and handling charges are none refundable and the customer is responsible for any damage/loss. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

  1. Please email to notify of the defective item.

  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.  

Customers will be refunded by the payment method used on the original transaction.

Items cannot be returned if the item is open and have been tampered with/ items missing.
